a) First, I download the "QSL Report" from the
Logbook of the World Web site.

b) Then on the Incoming QSL menu in Station Log, I click
Update Database With LoTW QSLs.

c) I set the appropriate options and then click Start.
The LoTW QSL Update Utility updates my
database with LoTW QSLs.

If my database does not contain log entries that correspond to
the downloaded LoTW QSL records, the LoTW QSL Update
Utility lets me import those LoTW QSL records
as new log entries.

The process of importing new log entries is controlled by
the settings I make in the Update Options area.

The LoTW QSL Update Utility produces reports that list the
records it processes.
